Our Payment Policy

You are in control

At 42 Developments, we believe that the only person that should be in control of your financial information is you. For this reason we will never store or even see your credit card or bank details. This is important for the reasons outlined in the next two sections.

Security

The handling of credit cards and bank details is a highly sensitive area and as such we believe it should be delegated to companies who are specialists and do this as their primary role. We have selected Worldpay for standard credit/debit card handling and Paypal for those who have a Paypal account or wish to sign up for one.

Your right to cancel

We believe that this is very important. If you are signed up to one of our monthly packages and wish to cancel, you can do so without involving us at all. Once you have cancelled, there is no way we can reactivate your payment

 

You cannot guarantee this with companies who store your financial details.

 

Of course if you are canceling, we would like to know why -maybe we can resolve the issues you are having, or simply to improve our systems in the future. However, there's no obligation on your part to do so.
