Hosting Package Upgrades & downgrades
Upgrade from our Bronze or Silver packages
You can at any time upgrade from Our Bronze or Silver packages. To do this, click on the 'My account' button and logon to your account. Then simply create a ticket and specify the domain and package type you wish to upgrade to.
The price you pay will be pro-rata calculated by the day. We will send you an e-mail with the invoice and a link to allow you to pay. Once you have paid, we will send you a confirmation that your package has been upgraded.
Downgrade from our Silver or Gold packages
You can downgrade at any time from Our Silver or Gold packages, but your prepaid amount will not be refunded unless you are within the 30 day money back guarantee. To do this, click on the 'My account' button and logon to your account. Then simply create a ticket and specify the domain and package type you wish to downgrade to.
If you are a monthly customer, we will send you a link to allow you to set up your new monthly payment and a confirmation that your package has been downgraded.
Cancellation of hosting packages
You can cancel at any time by logging on to your Worldpay or Paypal account and canceling your monthly payment. If you have paid annually, then there is nothing that you need to do.
If you have forgotten your Worldpay or Paypal logon details, then create a new ticket and we will cancel it for you.
Note that any prepaid amounts will not be refunded unless you are within the 30 day money back guarantee period.
If you are within the 30 day money back guarantee period, then create a new ticket and we will refund your payments for hosting and/or automation services.
